What is Wiki in Azure DevOps?
Wiki is the feature that helps in documentation within the Azure DevOps, where you can have the documentation related to anything specific inside a project.

Confluence has a separate license and is based on the user count and the type of subscription.
Jira can be used in conjunction with Confluence and connected with it.
