In the previous blog post, we addressed the features of Org Overview, All Project Details and Query Work Items. You can find all that information here:  DevOpSmartBoard – Org Level Reports Part 1 – Blogs (ecanarys.com)

In this blog we will go through other features such as Userlist Groups, My Activities, Kanban and Commits.

Userlist Groups:

This report basically gives DevOps Organization user data, a list of users, and access to the organization’s projects and teams that they are involved in, where we can also filter this display based on a certain user. If necessary, the report can be downloaded.

My Activities:

The report contains information about your activities across the project, including tasks assigned to you and tasks you created, like Pull Requests, Commits, Builds, and Releases. It helps you to get a comprehensive overview of the work your involved in, across projects in one single report.

The graph for “Assigned Work item” and “Created Work item” is shown in the image, and it shows the number of Work items assigned and created by you.

The first chart displays the number of active “Created Pull Requests” across the project, while the second chart displays the total number of “Pull Requests Reviewed”. If you click on the graphic, you will get additional information about the Pull Requests.

You can see the Build and Release report in the graphic below, where you can see how many were Successful, Rejected, Not Started, or Cancelled.

We can view the “Commits” you have made and filter them based on dates.

Kanban:

Kanban boards helps to visualize and monitor the flow of work. They also track requirements which are sprint independent. This report helps to see Work items in a card view. It is simple to keep the track of work and see if it is In-progress, Proposed, Resolved, Removed or Completed. Here you can filter out the projects that you want to see and choose a date depending on your needs. The report will display Work items based on the filter.

Commits:

Allows you to view all the Commits in the project in accordance with the date you provide. The Commit Id, Repository Name, Committer Name, Commit Date, and Comment are all displayed in the report. This view may also be filtered by Projects and Repositories.

These are the features currently available in the Org Level Reports; we will discuss other features of DevOpSmartBoard in the future blog.
